More Details

It’s great to have some horseradish to harvest from the garden — with that incredible eye-watering strength when freshly harvested and grated. Don’t plant it in a prime position in your veg patch though — it spreads gradually and is difficult to get rid of, as the roots can go down so deep, so plant it in the edge of your plot somewhere or restrict it to a pot. BUT don’t not grow it — it’s one of the greatest things to home-harvest.
