Violas

Violas and pansies are wonderful plants that brighten up pots and borders throughout Autumn and into the depths of Winter. Their edible petals can be used for decorating cakes and even the salad bowl. They prefer cool conditions which makes them ideal for shady gardens, and in the shelter of a town garden the larger flowered pansies can flower right through the winter.
