Clouds of tiny bright pink flowers and lacy fern-like foliage provide a delicate contrast to the unique, jet-black stems of this striking plant. It has a tall, willowy feel which works brilliantly towards the back of a border, whether as part of a cottage garden plan or a meadow theme, as it also works well with grasses. Very easy to grow and Loved by Pollinators.
