Cultivation
Plant in moist but well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered spot. Sprinkle mycorrhizal fungi (Rootgrow) into the base of the planting hole.

Description

The view from my desk. I am obsessed by this succession of three salvias which look good from May to November and flower their socks off.

We interplant and underplant our roses with these to keep the blackspot and mildew at bay.

This collection contains 1 plant each of:
  • Salvia 'Amistad'
  • Salvia microphylla 'Cerro Potosi'
  • Salvia 'Jezebel'

Care Tips

Keep moist until established and apply a liquid feed fortnightly through the summer. Deadhead flowers regularly to encourage repeat flowering all summer long.
