I don’t want to be inventive when naming this trio of plants growing together in this large pot

Instead, I just want to tell you that this was my favourite pot collection last summer, featuring a marvellous newly bred dahlia, the single soft flame-coloured 'Hawaiian Sunrise' with the ever-good understorey of phlox and black eyed Susans trailing down the sides of the pot.
