Changed your mind? 

We hope that you are delighted with your order from us. However, if you have changed your mind about your Sarah Raven order, please let us know within 28 days of receiving your order.  


We are happy to exchange or refund your order as long as:  

  • You’ve kept all of the original packaging 
  • The product has not been used 
  • The product can be resold  

Please note we cannot accept returns of any Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards or any personalised items.

Incorrect Items

If you have received an item you did not order, please contact our Customer Service team here within 28 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to put this right.  


Faulty or Damaged Items 

Should you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, or is faulty, please get in touch with our Customer Service team here within 28 days of delivery to let us know. We will offer to replace your order or refund you in full if not available.  


Cost of Returns

For items which are not faulty, but you have changed your mind (see above), there is a fee of £4.95 to cover the postage costs which will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received at our nursery. There is no returns cost for any other return items. 


How You’ll Be Refunded

Once the return has been received back to the nursery a refund will be made back to the original payment method within 14 days. 


If you paid for your whole order with a gift voucher, your order will be refunded onto the original payment gift voucher. Please do keep hold of your gift voucher number until you are sure that you are happy with your order. 


If you paid with a combination of payment card / PayPal and gift voucher, we'll refund anything you paid for with your gift card voucher, and then refund any outstanding credit you are owed on to your original payment card / PayPal account.
