Description

The moss of soft thorns make the buds of this rose almost as good as the huge panicles of flowers. In the loveliest purple, which fades to mauve and white at their golden hearts. Always a-buzz with butterflies and bees, this is a great climber to quickly clad your fences or walls. With AGM certification, it's healthy too.

All rose petals are edible. As you might expect, they have a mild, floral taste and can be used to decorate cakes, puddings or baking. They are also a beautiful, scented addition to jugs of iced cordial or summer cocktails.

Care Tips

Mulching around this rambler in autumn, should prevent the spread of fungal infections and disease such as black spot
