Give a rose for Christmas; your friend or family member will enjoy it for many years to come. Supplied as a bare root, we will pack it carefully in our Sarah Raven Hessian Sack, ready to give on Christmas Day.
Rosa 'Hot Chocolate' is a firm favourite at Perch Hill. It's a beautiful copper brown and flowers profusely, right through to October.
All rose petals are edible. As you might expect, they have a mild, floral taste and can be used to decorate cakes, puddings or baking. They are also a beautiful, scented addition to jugs of iced cordial or summer cocktails.
Care Tips
Water generously until established, and add fertiliser each spring. Prune lightly in late summer, once it has finished flowering.
