Description

Almost black when it opens, Chrysanthemum 'Smokey Purple' is one of the small-flowered, multi-stemmed chrysanths, which flowers early and for ages in the garden.

Indoor or outdoor variety.

Care Tips

Pot up rooted cuttings and grow on, in a bright, frost-free place. Early-flowering varieties can be hardened off and planted out in May. Later ones are best planted in large pots so they can be outside in summer but moved indoors in autumn.
