Keravel Pink' is a traditional Roscoff onion, mild and perfect for slow-cooking. 'White Star' is multipurpose, but it really shines as a spring onion. Calçots are ideal grilled and served with romesco sauce.
Grow in rich, well-drained soil and harvest in succession for a continuous, kitchen-ready supply.
