Super productive variety
Easy to grow
The most elegant of all red Love-Lies-Bleeding trialled thus far, with delicate tassels in a soft, muted pink-crimson
I found this such a versatile colour this summer and was picking it almost every day to arrange with dahlias, zinnias, and vases of cosmos. Highly recommended.
Amaranthus leaves can be used in stir fries, as you would pak choi. It's also delicious slightly wilted with lemon and garlic, as you might cook spinach.
