Description
Fit for the coronation, these velvet, regal purple pansies flower on and on from autumn till spring. If they falter in a cold snap, bring them in for a window ledge, and they’ll just keep going. Plant them as a pot topper over mini bulbs such as Grape Hyacinths, crocus or iris.
Pick the flowers and scatter them onto salads.
Care Tips
Sow in a warm place in spring, summer or autumn (avoid the hottest months as above 20°C can prevent germination). Cover seed lightly. Pot on seedlings individually and grow on in a cooler place. Plant out when roots have filled the pots or modules.
