Description
We've trialled lots of thymes at Perch Hill and this one, discovered by Jekka McVicar, is top of the class. It tastes excellent, flowers all spring, much earlier than most and when deadheaded and trimmed back after flowering, quickly leafs up and then flowers again. For edging a prominent path and for use in the kitchen, this is an unmissable variety.
Care Tips
Keep cutting the foliage for culinary use and to keep the plant in a tidy compact shape.
