Description

From high summer through the autumn, orange is the Perch Hill garden’s best friend. I love to grow flowers in this range of orange tones, from bright to muted, the perfect contrast to my favourite blue and purple late season flowerers (such as Salvia ‘Amistad’ and Phlox ‘Blue Paradise') as well as with crimsons and pinks as you see here.

All dahlia flowers are edible, scatter their petals on salads for flavour, texture and colour.

This collection contains 1 or 2 tubers each of:
  • Dahlia 'Totally Tangerine'
  • Dahlia 'Sarah Raven'
  • Dahlia 'Autumn Orange'
  • Dahlia 'Babylon Bronze'
  • Dahlia 'Schipper's Bronze'

Care Tips

Support with a stout stick, tie in every couple of weeks. In the South you can mulch deeply and overwinter them in the ground, alternatively, lift and overwinter your dahlias frost-free undercover.
