Antirrhinum flowers are edible and can be used to decorate puddings, cakes or party cocktails. They are not to everyone's taste as they are slightly bitter, but they're completely safe to eat.

- Sow under cover in spring, pot on and plant out after last frosts. Sow again in June for a late summer harvest or sow in autumn for overwintering in a sheltered spot. Do not cover seed. Antirrhinum can be slow to germinate. Thin to 30cm
Care Tips
They will need staking, or growing up through horizontally stretched jute netting. Keep picking (not to the ground but to above a pair of leaves), and these will keep flowering for months at a time.
