Description
A quick and easy shallot to grow from sets which give the most generous sized roots of any we’ve trialled. Like all the best shallots, they’re still sweet and treacly once cooked.
Care Tips
Shallots are somewhat drought tolerant and require only occasional weeding and watering during particularly dry periods, but they do need evenly moist soil for best production. If the soil dries out it will affect your crop.
