- Sow indoors in early spring or autumn. Sow seed thinly onto the surface of a good quality seed compost, lightly cover and keep soil moist. Seeds require gentle heat to germinate. Pot seedlings on and move to a cooler location before planting out.
Care Tips
Plant in moist but well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered spot. Deadhead to prolong flowering. This will need staking in non-sheltered garden
