Description
I am a reincarnated rabbit, and love eating a salad at least once a day even through winter and spring. It gives me huge pleasure, picking it, dressing it, and then crunching and munching away. This is the ultimate mix of hardy winter salad leaves, here growing in the greenhouse at Perch Hill but also fine under a cloche in the garden if we hit a very cold snap.
