Description
There’s no more vivid blue and as you can see with this salvia, it’s forever busy with butterflies and bees. Compact enough to fit perfectly in a pot, ‘Lake Como’ flowers for five to six months, is drought and heat tolerant and robust enough to flower on happily through autumn storms. It’s a hats-off sort of plant.
Care Tips
Protect young plants from frost and plant in a sunny, free-draining spot. Do not prune back in winter, keep current years growth and move to a frost free position. Prune lightly in late spring when new growth appears to remove dead stems.
