Description

You can't help but be instantly drawn to this very pretty Salvia, due to the graceful, slender, two-tone blossoms, uniquely coloured aquamarine and white that contrast crisply with the apple-green calyxes. Great in large pots but also at the front of a border, where it can form an effective groundcover layer and works equally well along pathways.

Care Tips

This rare species native to Northern Peru is seen as a tender perennial, tending to grow well in areas with mild winters. So free drainaing soil and a heavy mulch is essential otherwise take cuttings or keep in a frost free greenhouse.
