Description

A strange and beautiful colour, sort of sepia, milky-coffee. This is still quite new to our rose trial but seems to be doing well and has been recommended to us by lots of cut flower growers. Vase life of 4 days.

All rose petals are edible. As you might expect, they have a mild, floral taste and can be used to decorate cakes, puddings or baking. They are also a beautiful, scented addition to jugs of iced cordial or summer cocktails.

Care Tips

Before planting bare root roses, soak roots in a bucket of water for at least 2 hours. Dig a hole that will accommodate the root ball comfortably and, to aid establishment, sprinkle mycorrhizal fungi (Rootgrow) into the base before planting.
