Easy to grow
A beautiful edible salad leaf, at its best eaten small or even tiny, at the baby leaf stage
To keep this perennial, cut right back and it will sprout again. Makes a beautiful winter pot topper with crimson tulips coming up through it in the spring. The two make for a dramatic and glamorous pair.
