Description

A stunning pond plant that looks good for months at a stretch, it produces Strawberry plant-like foliage and deep, dark, reddish-purple flowers. Not only is it a good source of nectar for bees and hoverflies, but it has a creeping habit, making it a good choice for the edges of ponds and streams.

Care Tips

Place on a pond shelf to a depth of between 5-10cm (2-4in) or plant at the pond edge so the roots are in constant contact with the water. Cut back after flowering.
