Description

Drive through the lanes in chalk country and you’ll see the blue-purple saucers of this wild flower glowing from the grass. It’s a must have British native for anyone with an area of rough grass.

Care Tips

Unlike many other species, the meadow cranesbill will thrive in sunny grassland, providing there is adequate moisture in the soil. Plants are clump forming but naturally spread although division will help to speed up this process.
