Description

Perfect for a small to medium-sized garden or contained area of a bigger garden (we have just planted one in our Farmhouse garden), this starry flowered magnolia with its felted buds is to me the epitome of spring. And unlike its more statuesque brothers, its flowers are rarely frosted.

Care Tips

Plant in a sheltered spot, away from from strong, cold winds. Late frosts may damage flower buds. Minimal pruning but can be carried out in midsummer when in full leaf.
