- Plant 8-10cm (3-4in) apart and 7-10cm (3-4in) deep.
- Cultivation
- In spring, plant three or four tubers into a 20cm diameter pot, 7-10cmdeep with the shoot facing upwards. Place somewhere warm, a heated greenhouse or a bright windowsill above a radiator is ideal and keep the compost moist.
Care Tips
Keep the soil evenly moist until shoots appear in two to three weeks. Reduce water to once or twice a week or whenever the soil feels dry an inch below the surface.
