At Parham House walled garden in West Sussex they trialled all the green gladiolus currently on the market and 'Evergreen' emerged as the truest, brightest green, not tainted with washed out yellow at any stage.

The petals are edible, they have a very mild flavour and can be used to decorate puddings and cakes
Care Tips
Water regularly during growing season and stake tall varieties. If you're growing in containers, stop watering at the end of summer and bring the pots indoors for the winter. Leave them in their pots or take them out and dry.
