- Choose a planting spot with fairly dry, well-drained soil that is poor to moderately fertile. Full sun is essential as is protection from winter wet.
Care Tips
Good drainage is essential and plenty of sunlight. Don’t over crowd, give them plenty of space to spread and light to flourish. Cut back after flowering to promote new growth and a second flush of flowers. Lift and divide large clumps in spring.
