Description

A deliciously scented ground cover plant which will spread naturally underground, and is well suited to shady or woodland areas. Bees love the small clusters of star-like white flowers.

The dried leaves of Galium odoratum can be used in syrups, jellies, teas and for flavouring milk based drinks and dishes with a vanilla and almond-like flavour. The flowers, harvested fresh, are sweet tasting and can be used for garnishes.

You can use the flowers as an edible garnish on salads.

Sarah Raven Lifetime Guarantee: This product is covered by our lifetime guarantee for all fully hardy plants. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions page in the footer of the website.

Care Tips
