Description

One of my favourite shrubs in the Perch Hill garden, both as a backdrop to our borders and for picking all through winter into spring. The narrow blue-grey, peppermint scented foliage and showy rich red stems make this new eucalyptus outstanding. Quick growing and ideal for containers (if you pick or prune it hard). Plant in a sunny and sheltered spot.

Care Tips

Prefers neutral to slightly acid soil but will tolerate most soil types. Requires a sunny location with shelter from cold drying winds. Can grow to a height in excess of 12 metres at maturity.
