Description

A highly productive variety with an excellent flavour. Good raw or cooked. The skin is slightly thicker than on the other colour varieties, so eat these small, or leave them to grow on to small marrow size. They will then store in a harvest festival arrangement in a shallow bowl through most of the winter and look marvellous.

Do at least two sowings of courgettes, splitting your packets, so that you have fruit to pick for 3-4 months at a stretch. Sow two or three different colours so they look good in the garden and on the plate.

Please note, illustrated packets are being introduced gradually over the coming months, availability may vary.

Care Tips

Water regularly and feed with tomato feed. Powdery mildew can be a problem during hot, dry spells, the only remedy is to keep the soil moist.
