Description
Very free-flowering and particularly hardy, Agapanthus ‘Northern Star’ is as good in a container as it is in the border. It will bloom from a young age, bearing large umbels of star-shaped, cobalt-blue flowers, with a darker blue stripe through each petal.
Care Tips
Agapanthus grow best in full sun. May take 2-3 years to establish but after this they will grow into long-flowering clumps. Ideal for container growing as restricting roots promotes flowering and pots can be moved to sheltered places for winter.
