Sowing, Seeds, Planting Antirrhinums are easy to grow but are on a slower timescale than some annual plants and take longer to germinate and grow. Sow under cover from mid-February to early March to make sure that they are in flower by late June. When seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant into individual pots to grow on. Harden off before planting out when all danger of frost has passed. Sow again in early June for flowering from late summer through autumn. May also be sown in September-October for overwintering in a very sheltered spot or grown undercover for planting out in early April for flowers in May.
Care Tips For bushier plants pinch back by half when young plants they have developed 4-6 leaves, this will create more side branches which should carry more blooms. Water well, support stems.
