Part time Catalogue Production Assistant

We are looking for a keen-eyed Catalogue Production Assistant to join our busy, fast-paced, marketing team in Marlborough, Wiltshire.

We produce a large quantity of printed catalogues and leaflets each year and the role requires a great deal of organisation, excellent proofreading skills and superb attention to detail. Horticultural knowledge is not required but an interest in gardening or flowers would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Be able to juggle multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • A passion for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven editorial skills
  • Good Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
  • The ability to create and follow critical paths
  • The confidence to manage the catalogue and print process through to completion
  • Traffic management experience

Reporting to the Buying Manager but also working with the company founder and Managing Director and liaising with the designer to produce top quality brand materials.

Hours are 25 hours per week with some flexibility for home working
