E-commerce Co-ordinator - Full time

We are currently looking to recruit an e-commerce co-ordinator to drive forward our award winning and rapidly growing online channel.

The role will be based at our offices in Marlborough and will involve the following:

  • deliver the company’s e-commerce strategy
  • develop new content and functionality 
  • liaise with agencies to coordinate pay per click and affiliate programmes
  • optimise web site for natural search engine listings
  • provide accurate and timely reports on a weekly & monthly basis.

You will need to have at least 2 years working in e-commerce, be educated to degree level, be creative, analytical and have excellent attention to detail.

Marketing Assistant - Full time

We are looking for a full time marketing assistant based at our offices in Marlborough. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, numerate, and have good communication skills and excellent attention to detail. The role represents an opportunity to develop a career in a busy marketing department. 

The job will include the following tasks:

  • assist with the production of catalogues and other marketing materials
  • liaise with the mailing house, printers and other external suppliers
  • manage content on the website
  • provide accurate and timely reports on a weekly & monthly basis
  • liaison with warehouse and other internal departments.

The role would suit a recent graduate who is looking to start a career in marketing, or someone with experience who is looking for an opportunity to progress.

Horticultural Buyer – Full time

Are you talented, enthusiastic and a team player? We are looking for a numerate, articulate and experienced person to join our busy buying team.

You will have extensive horticultural and plant knowledge, with proven experience of buying and range planning.

You will be based at our Marlborough office in Wiltshire, but will need to travel to visit plant suppliers and horticultural trade fairs and events on a regular basis. You will report directly to the Managing Director.

Your role will involve keeping up-to-date with the current trends, developing new horticultural ranges, tracking competitor activity and ensuring our bulb, plant and seed offer is unique, exciting and commercial. It will also involve working with Sarah and her gardening team to log seed and plant trials and visiting Perch Hill approximately 4 times per year in key seasons to view trials as well as key horticultural shows and events. You will also work closely with our web and customer service teams to assist with the content posted on our website and on social media. You will have a keen eye for detail, be very proficient at Excel, have a clean driving licence and be keen to join a busy and fast-growing company.

Salary dependant on experience.
