Description

This one came out top in our trials, with larger leaves and a better flavour than parsleys.

It is superb raw in salad, scattered over tomatoes or in tabbouleh with couscous. Very hardy and perfectly happy outside all the way through the winter in my Sussex garden.

Please note, illustrated packets are being introduced gradually over the coming months, availability may vary.

Care Tips

Parsley likes plenty of nutrient rich, moist, deep soil Not suitable for acidic soil. In the autumn apply plenty of well rotted manure. This is an ideal herb for containers, and is great on a kitchen windowsill.
