The 'Champagne Bubbles' series give you the most prolific flower-producer of all Iceland poppies (Papaver nudicaule) we have trialled
They have sturdy stems and large saucer flowers and a long flowering season. With stem ends seared they make magnificent cut flowers.

- Sow under cover February - March for plants that will flower the same year. Sow direct June - August for plants that will flower the following year. Seedlings can be planted out in autumn for flowering the following year.
Care Tips
Grow in a deep, fertile, well-drained soil in full sun. Pick or deadhead to prolong flowering but allow some self-seeding at end of season. It should over-winter to flower earlier and for longer the following year.
