Description
A unique and floriferous, double flowering ‘Japanese Anemone’. Perfect for adding drama to a shady area of the garden, throughout the whole of autumn.
Very special in both bud and bloom. This Anemone stands out from others, with its unique crowded bud formation all the way up the stems producing flowers on many levels. The plant radiates both short and longer stems, each containing their own flower with several buds in a tight array.
The impressive numbers of flower buds unusually begin at the very branch of the flower stem, initially appearing as light salmon pink and turning pure white over the season with an unusual double flower form. As temperatures begin to drop the flowers will revert back to the subtle pink tones once again. Simply one of a kind!!
Care Tips
Cut back in late autumn after flowering. Will grow in any garden soil, but avoid excessive winter wet, dislikes being moved around.
