We grow ours to decorate a corner growing with tarragon and harvest the flowers to jolly up drinks, puddings and salads.
Agastache leaves are delicious, picked young, in salads or to make tea.

- Cultivation
- Sow indoors from Feb-April. Sow thinly and press gently onto the surface of compost, keep the soil moist. Germination should occur within 14 days. Once seedlings emerge, pot them on and move to a cooler position. Plant out after the last frosts.
Care Tips
Agastache prefers sunny free-draining soil. They do not require extra feeding - this will only encourage leggy growth. The plants will be stronger and more floriferous if you cut back flower stalks as flowers fade.
