Care Tips Likes a cool root run. When planting envelope the bulbs in sharp sand or your will lose them (particularly in heavy soils). Just leave them where they are from one year to the next, or plant them in a pot and sink them in the ground somewhere very prominent in the garden for lifting out of the wet and cold until the following spring.
Flowering June - July
Vase Life When cutting, leave enough stem and foliage for photosynthesis and food storage. Strip anthers from the stamens to prevent sticky pollen.

3bulbs arrived one in very poor condition. Complained to SR and received another 3 instantly. 5 stars. However! Only 3 grew into plants so that is dire deserving of 1 star. Sorry, customer service good, product not. I am experienced allotment and garden planter

Really disappointed in the lily bulbs - when they came they appeared really big and healthy so had high expectations. All three lilies grew, (but only to a height of approx 18inches) but only one bulb flowered. However, the flowers were stunning and smelt gorgeous, so I can imagine how glorious it would have been if they had all done that.Will keep fingers crossed for next year

The bulbs looked plump and healthy but haven't yet flowered. The drought is probably to blame as my garden is too big to allow for regular watering of all beds. So probably just bad luck.
