Plant in moist but well-drained soil in a sunny, sheltered spot. Sprinkle mycorrhizal fungi (Rootgrow) into the base of the planting hole.

Care Tips

Salvias need well drained conditions through winter. Do not prune back in winter, keep current years growth and remove when new shoots appear. Protect young plants from late frosts and mulch annually with well-rotted manure or garden compost.
