Care Tips | Ranunculus Jumbo seedlings – These are overwintered tubers planted and supplied in active growth. Plant them straight away into a larger pot to grow-on until the danger of frost has passed. This method of overwintering them in a greenhouse or cold frame and bringing them out in spring is easiest, although good ventilation is required. They can be planted directly into the ground in warmer areas of the country upon receipt but we would advise using a cloche for overnight protection. |

Reviewed 19th September 2018 by Elaine Although these started really well after potting up, they did not survive being planted out. A combination of a cold snap early on and snails finished off the leaves. However, I salvaged what I could and have repotted some of the forms which show signs of regrowth in recent weeks. |
Reviewed 31st August 2018 by Mrs Jones Very pretty early on. Hopefully will re-emerge next Spring |
