This is the diascia which won me over to this family with simple, open-faced, mini, almost foxglove-like spires.
This variety is reilably perennial if given frost protection and flowers for six months. We now use it in our borders as well as pots - hugely recommended.

Sowing, Seeds, Planting | Plant in spring after the last frosts although this is hardier than most annual forms of diascia and should survive the winter given a sunny position and well-drained soil. May also be grown in a large container and moved somewhere frost-free to overwinter. Water well before planting into well-prepared soil or compost, planting at the same depth as the rootball and gently firming the soil. Water well after planting. |
Care Tips | lightly trim spent blooms regularly to prolong flowering. |

Reviewed 31st July 2019 by Frances Sarah Raven plants are always healthy, well packaged and the communication is great. With each order you get superb planting instructions for your chosen plants. Growing them on is a joy with outstanding results time and time again. One of the reasons I would always recommend Sarah Ravens plants. |
Reviewed 31st July 2019 by Jackie Of all the items I purchased this year, only the Erigeron survived. With regards the other purchases they were struggling when I received them or died within a few days of potting up. |
