Preferably plant on mass in woodland conditions with moist but well-drained, humus-rich soil in partial shade. Drier conditions tolerated when dormant in summer. Plant 5-7cm (2in) deep, 20cm (8in) apart.

Description

The leaves of Cyclamen coum are almost as handsome and invaluable as the flowers – brilliant for carpeting under shrubs and trees and exceptionally long-lived. They will gradually self-sow and naturalise, looking good in your garden for decades.
