How to create a Christmas tealight chandelier (two ways)

Posted in All Floristry and Crafts, Christmas, on

Two great ideas for our Tealight Chandelier – decorated with rustic moss and berries, or classic ivy and silver baubles, it will look wonderfully festive hanging above your Christmas table this year.

Moss and berries

You will need:

How to Get the Look

  1. Stretch the moss around the base of the chandelier, wiring it as you go, ensuring all metal is covered. Don’t worry if some areas are more clumpy than others, this makes it look more natural.
  2. Cut the berry garland carefully into sections, then twist it over the moss and secure with more reel wire
  3. Hang the chandelier in position, then add the glass votives with either tealights (our battery tealights are brilliant for this, as you don’t have to keep replacing the tealights) or fresh flowers.

Ivy and Baubles

How to Get the Look

  1. Arrange the everlasting ivy garland around the chandelier.
  2. Tie the baubles onto the chandelier with the ribbon at varying lengths. You could create a more elaborate display by hanging mini milk bottles filled with flowers too.
  3. Hang the chandelier in position, then add the glass votives with either tealights (our battery tealights are brilliant for this, as you don’t have to keep replacing the tealights) or fresh flowers.
