Sowing, Seeds, Planting Plant outdoors October - December.
Care Tips Don't plant tulip bulbs until the cold weather has set in – this helps wipe out viral and fungal diseases. Leave the browning foliage on your tulips until every leaf has died right down – this allows the bulb to store more food and increases the chances of good flowering the following year.
Flowering mid April - May
Vase Life Tulips make supreme cut flowers. Strip the bottom leaves, tie the stems in paper to hold the stems ram-rod straight and leave to drink for at least 3 hours – or overnight. This helps keep the stems straight, but tulips do continue to grow after picking so curves may appear.

A really beautiful tulip - vivid orange and incredibly it has a tangerine scent. Highly recommended for a blast of spring colour.

Can't be without them now....

I have fallen in love with tulips and it is all down to this one! Vibrant, strong and with a beautiful scent. The pop of colour amongst the green of the spring garden is heart warming, as it the scent, indoors in a case or outside as you pass by.

Excellent returner!

These were gorgeous in pots, then I popped them in at the allotment for cutting in spring. On Easter day, we were amazed to find they were all in full bloom. They made a fab display for the holiday.

A beautiful tulip!

This is the first year I've planted tulips as, until I saw your collections, I'd always thought them hard to grow!! Wow, have I been proved wrong - the Tulip Ballerina is absolutely stunning & so easy...especially for a newbie like me (your instructions were perfect)! Now I've just got to work out whether I can keep the bulbs for another year...& how!!!!!!!

Have this tulip in abundance in my garden planted with black night alongside a wonderful display of lime/acid green Euphorbia Wulfinii. A beautiful display. Lots of comments from admirers.
