These are my absolute favourite seeds to sow in April. All the best food and flower seeds, all trialled and tested at Sarah's Perch Hill Farm. There's lots of seeds to sow in April, with the soil warming up you can direct sow lots of flowers and veg. Salad and herb sowing really gets underway this month too and don't forget to use gutter pipes to help with successional sowing. Just sow into gutterpipes and when you have space in the garden slot the hole row into the ground. Then resow into the gutter ready to replace the crops in the ground at a later date.
