Product Description
Par-cel is an exceptionally hardy herb which is a mix of parsley and celery in flavour. If you're someone - like me - who loves risottos, stocks and home-made soups and stews, Par-cel is one for you. You can throw it in to dishes like these, where you would use these two flavours together. This survives the winter every year in my garden.
