Description

Beautiful lacy leaves with a gentle, slightly fennel-like taste, best for sowing and growing when temperatures are cool. In summer, you can grow in shade. We sow this in early autumn for harvesting literally all winter. We often grow chervil with chives as they make the perfect pair for the French classic Omelette Fines Herbes.

Please note, illustrated packets are being introduced gradually over the coming months, availability may vary.

Care Tips

Ensure plants are grown in a cool shady spot as plants will run to seed if subjected to high temperatures and dry sunny spots. Chervil is a prolific self-seeder. Chervil can be grown as a winter crop. Protect with cloches or grow in a cold frame.
