Product Description
The great thing about this French sorrel is that it's perennial and is one of the first leaves to emerge in very early spring.
I can usually pick my first leaves of French Sorrel to add to a mixed leaf salad, or to flavour a delicious soup by the end of February. French Sorrel is reminiscant of spinach leaves with a slight citrussy flavour. Do an early spring sowing for spring and summer picking the first year and many years after that. Keep cutting back to prevent flowering.
