Amaryllis, or hippeastrums, are fabulous houseplants for winter. With their flamboyant trumpet flowers, amaryllis make beautiful Christmas houseplants, blooming through the festive season and bringing much-needed natural cheer into the home. Amaryllis bulbs are easy to grow but tender—needing a frost-free location to thrive. Hand-selected by us from only the best growers, our huge bumper-sized bulbs can give you several flower spikes and will flower for over a month. Once the frosts are over they can be moved outside until the end of the summer.
